LAFAYETTE — White House High football players didn’t have to wait long after Friday’s 35-7 win at Macon County to find out if they had won the District 9-AA title. Five different Blue Devils scored touchdowns in the win, and Sycamore’s loss to Goodpasture clinched White House’s place atop the 9-AA standings with two games left. “It’s huge for us, because this group of seniors hasn’t seen a district title,” Blue Devils quarterback Ryan Pool said. “We wanted to finish the second half of our schedule 5-0, and we’re three-for-three so far.”…READ MORE
