WHITE HOUSE — The Sycamore High football team nearly doubled host White House in yards gained but the Blue Devils earned the win, 18-15 here Friday night. Sycamore missed a 34-yard field goal that would have tied the score late in the fourth quarter. “We were fortunate to make one more play than them,” said White House coach Jeff Porter. Sycamore was able to grind out 127 yards rushing and pick up 98 yards through the air for a total offense of 237 yards.
