LEXINGTON — The night of Oct. 25 wasn’t a good night for the football team at Lexington High School. That was when the Tigers traveled to Crockett County and suffered a 35-14 loss to the Cavaliers after committing a number of mistakes early in the game and falling behind.
Things appeared to go from bad to worse a week later when the Tigers had a hard time stopping winless Fayette-Ware and carried a seven-point lead into halftime before coming out and dominating in the third and fourth quarters en route to a 63-28 win.
