Taylor Wood sets career tackle mark at White House

wood tackles gilesTaylor Wood, senior linebacker for the Blue Devils, finished Friday night with 19 total tackles in the loss to Giles County, ending his Blue Devils career.

Wood is now the all-time leading tackler in White House High School history, passing former teammate Kevin Jackson (357) for the career record. Taylor Wood ended his career with 368 total tackles, including 158 his senior season.

Congratulations Taylor Wood, who will also represent White House on the west team in the Toyota TACA East-West All-Star Game the second weekend in December.
