Tennessean: Top Performers for Week 4

Senior running back Kaemon Dunlap rumbled for 314 rushing yards on 33 carries to help Beech score a 35-21 victory over Hendersonville. Dunlap scored three touchdowns in the victory that runs the Buccaneers’ record to 4-0 on the season.

Here are the rest of the top performers from the fourth week of the high school football season.

Ty Allen, MBA. Allen threw for 197 yards and two TDs in MBA’s 28-21 OT win over Memphis University School.

Austin Amor, GCA. Amor was 13-of-18 passing for 111 yards and a score in a 39-15 loss to Cornersville.

Kory Andrews, Cane Ridge. Andrews passed for 177 yards and two TDs in a 28-12 win over Centennial.

Geno Avros, Rossview. Avros rushed for 123 yards on 22 carries and passed for 44 yards in a 22-12 win over Northeast.

TJ Bailey, Columbia. Bailey had six catches for 108 yards in a 21-6 win over Lawrence County.

Keyvont Baines, Trousdale County. Baines had six carries for 104 yards and went 7-of-15 passing for 146 yards with three total TDs in Trousdale County’s 42-0 win over Watertown.

Tommy Baker, White House Heritage. Baker rushed 41 times for 186 yards and three TDs.

Tyler Baron, Ensworth. Baron had seven tackles and a pass break up in a 35-21 win over Baylor.

Eric Baxter, Ezell-Harding. Baxter made 10.5 tackles on defense with two for loss in a 28-26 win over Glencliff. He also forced a fumble.

Nic Barstad, Tullahoma. Barstad threw for 303 yards on 18-of-25 passing with five TDs in a 49-42 loss to Franklin County.

Tommy Blakemore, East Robertson. Blakemore had 18 carries for 101 yards and a TD in a 40-28 loss to Jo Byrns.

Cordell Braxton, Blackman. Braxton rushed 121 yards with a touchdown on 20 carries in a 42-10 win over Smyrna.

Daniel Bonner, Hillwood. Bonner had 13 tackles with two for loss in a 42-6 loss to Clarksville.

Montez Bradley, Waverly. Bradley rushed for 201 yards and two TDs and also ran in the game-winning two-point conversion in double OT to beat Fairview, 50-49.

Seth Bumbalough, White House. Bumbalough returned two interceptions for touchdowns and had two tackles in a 42-7 win over Hunters Lane.

Kobe Burks, Tullahoma. Burks caught four passes for 130 yards and a TD in a 49-42 loss to Franklin County.

Jackson Byrd, Father Ryan. Byrd rushed for 103 yards and a score on 16 carries in a 27-23 loss to Pope John Paul II.

Jacob Caira, Jo Byrns. Caira had three catches for 94 yards and two scores in a 40-28 win over East Robertson.

Coy Cashion, Moore County. Cashion ran for 178 yards with two TDs on 15 carries. He was also 7-for-7 on PATs in a 35-6 win over Cannon County.

​​​Zach Campbell, Nolensville. Campbell caught six passes for 75 yards and a TD. He also returned a kickoff 95 yards for a score in a 41-17 loss to Summit.

Seth Carlisle, Macon Co. Carlisle rushed 16 times for 220 yards and two TDs. He was also 7-of-13 passing for 100 yards and a score in a 28-26 win over White House Heritage.

Tai Carter, Summit. Carter rushed for 175 yards on 20 carries and scored three TDs.

Wyatt Chessor, Hickman County. Chessor rushed for 318 yards and scored five TDs on 20 carries in a 52-28 win over Perry County.

Nathan Cisco, Independence. Cisco was 18-of-24 passing for 332 yards and five touchdowns in a 49-21 win over Hillsboro.

Nicky Clifton, Ensworth. Clifton had 192 yards on 26 carries,

Ethan Cobb. Eagleville. Cobb was 14-of-20 passing for 148 yards and a TD. He also ran for a TD in a 29-21 loss to Lewis County.

Logan Collier, Mt. Juliet Christian. Collier had four catches for 75 yards and a TD and returned a punt for a TD in a 42-15 win over Clay County.

Keianthony Conner, La Vergne. Connor was 20-of-30 passing for 416 yards and three touchdowns in a 31-26 loss to Lebanon.

Briasen Corn, Tullahoma. Corn rushed for 163 yards on 19 carries with a score.

Jaden Crouch, East Robertson. Crouch ran for an even 100 yards and a TD on 20 carries.

Brendan Crowell, Siegel. Crowell was 8-of-16 passing for 144 yards and two TDs in a 43-6 win over Antioch.

Tre Davidson, Columbia Academy. Davidson ran for 131 yards on 19 carries in a 17-7 win over Lipscomb Academy.

Avery Davis, Wayne Co. Davis rushed for 100 yards and a TD on 15 carries and threw for 127 more in a 20-14 loss to Riverside.

Darian Davis, Columbia. Davis threw for 270 yards and a TD.

​​​​​​​Savion Davis, Riverdale. Davis scored four rushing TDs and ran for 274 yards on 28 carries in a 49-24 win over Spring Hill.​​​​​​​

​​​​​​​Davin Dyal, Cookeville. Dyal had four catches for 90 yards and a score in a 49-0 win over White County.​​​​​​​

Jacob Frazier, Hillsboro. Frazier had 184 rushing yards and two touchdowns on 17 carries.

Malachi French, Maplewood. French made 10 tackles on defense, including three for loss, in a 47-0 win over Whites Creek.

​​​​​​​Brian Garcia, Ravenwood. Garcia was 11-of-21 for 123 yards in a 46-21 win over Page.

​​​​​​​Jamison Greenway, DCA. Greenway caught three passes for 109 yards in a 35-32 loss to FRA.

​​​​​​​Trevor Griffin, Eagleville. Griffin caught seven passes for 76 yards and a TD.

Kameron Harris-Lusk, Fairview. Harris-Lusk rushed for 106 yards on nine carries and was 10-of-18 passing for 158 yards. He had two total TDs.

Khristian Harris-Lusk, Fairview. Harris-Lusk had 101 yards on 11 carries and a TD.

​​​​​​​Kel Hawkins, BGA. Hawkins had seven catches for 88 yards and a TD in a 31-7 win over Boyd-Buchanan.​​​​​​​

Bobo Hodges, Maplewood. Hodges was 4-of-6 passing for 69 yards with four TDs.

​​​​​​​Darius Hylick, Mt. Juliet Christian. Hylick had 12 carries for 170 yards and a TD.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Michael Jackson, Waverly. Jackson made 14 tackles and recovered a fumble.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Darius James, Fairview. James rushed for 210 yards and scored three TDs.

​​​​Jarious Johnson, Franklin County. Johnson rushed for 239 yards on 30 carries and scored five TDs.

​​​​​​​Brendan Keaton, Pope John Paul II. Keaton had seven catches for 127 yards.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Derek Kincaid, Hendersonville. Kincaid rushed for 123 yards on 11 carries and scored a TD.

Chad Kinnard, Nashville Christian. Kinnard was 5-of-7 passing for 149 yards and two TDs in a 46-6 win over Zion Christian.

Trey Knox, Blackman. Knox had five receptions for 81 yards and a touchdown.

Keshawn Lawrence, Ensworth. Lawrence rushed for 156 yards on 15 carries with four touchdowns.

Josh Lewis, La Vergne. Lewis had 11 catches for 249 yards and a touchdown.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Marion Liggett, Pearl-Cohn. Liggett rushed 23 times for 182 yards and three TDs in a 49-46 win over CPA.

​​​​​​​Zarian London, Maplewood. London made 10 tackles on defense, including three for loss.

Michael Loosli, Sycamore. Loosli ran for 130 yards on 25 carries and two TDs in a 37-19 loss to Davidson Academy.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Toby Lynch, Greenbrier. Lynch made 10 total tackles and had two sacks on defense in a 21-7 win over Portland.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Drew Martin, BGA. Martin threw for 198 yards and three touchdowns.

​​​​​Jared McCray, Cane Ridge. McCray caught eight passes for 129 yards and a TD.​​​​​​​

Kemari McGowan, MTCS. Rushed for 168 yards and three TDs on seven carries in a 50-8 win over Concord Christian.

Connor Mitchell, Blackman. Mitchell was 14-of-17 passing for 181 yards and rushed for 50 yards. He scored four total touchdowns.

Trace McGuire, Trousdale Co. McGuire had 5 catches for 111 yards and two TDs.​

​​​​​​​Henry Mosley, DCA. Mosley completed 18-of-36 passes for 285 yards and three TDs. He also rushed for 46 yards.

Xavier Myers, Nashville Christian. Myers rushed 13 times for 239 yards and four TDs.

T.J. Neal, Hillsboro. Neal had eight tackles including 4.5 for loss.

Ben Nixon, Pope John Paul II. Nixon was 26-of-44 passing with 332 yards and three TDs.

Stone Norton, Davidson Academy. Norton was 14-of-24 passing for 209 yards and two TDs.

George Odimegwu, Summit. Odimegwu ran for 102 yards on 18 carries with a TD.

​​​​​​​Chris Oliver, Macon Co. Oliver caught four passes for 96 yards and a TD.

Fred Orr, Rossview. Orr rushed 22 times for 92 yards and two TDs.

Hale Page, Hillwood. Page was 12-of-29 passing for 174 yards in a 42-6 loss to Clarksville.

​​​​​​​Ingram Page, Ezell-Harding. Page caught five passes for 139 yards and two TDs.​​

Jimmyrious Parker, Pearl-Cohn. Parker had 310 total yards, including 112 rushing and 162 on kickoff returns, and scored three total TDs.​​​​​​​

Brian Pierce, Independence. Pierce had four catches for 109 yards with a touchdown.

Alex Pitman, Mt. Juliet Christian. Pitman was 12-of-19 for 219 yards and three TDs and ran in a score.

Cameron Reed, Huntland. Reed had 20 carries for 111 yards and a TD in a 21-8 loss to Montery.

Ty Reed, BGA. Reed had a 45-yard punt return for a score.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Bryce Robinson, Clarksville Academy. Robinson was 6-of-8 passing for 160 yards and two TDs. He also ran for a score in the Cougars’ 52-6 rout of Rossville Christian.

Jeron Rooks, Oakland. Rooks returned a kick 65 yards and rushed for 87 yards with two touchdowns in a 70-6 win over RePublic.

Shawn Scott, Clarksville Academy. Scott had three catches for 92 yards and a TD.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Carson Shacklett, Brentwood. Shacklett was 10-of-11 passing for 223 yards and four first-half TDs in a 42-7 win over Stewarts Creek.

Preston Sharber, White House. Sharber intercepted two passes, blocked a punt and had four tackles.

T.J. Sheffield, Independence. Sheffield had six catches for 103 yards and two touchdowns.

Darius Smith, Hillsboro. Smith was 13-of-24 passing for 196 yards with a touchdown and two interceptions.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Dontae Smith, Spring Hill. Smith rushed for 145 yards on 20 carries and scored two TDs.

David Southerland, Maplewood. Southerland rushed eight times for 150 yards and had three total TDs.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Preston Spencer, Lewis Co. Spencer had 16 tackles, including two for loss and a sack.

Nick Stallcup, Ravenwood. Stallcup had 16 carries for 163 yards and a TD and added a 36-yard TD pass.

​​​​​​​Gavin Stanfield, Waverly. Stanfield was 8-of-13 passing with 254 yards and three TDs. He also ran for 73 yards.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Devon Starling, Cane Ridge. Starling rushed for 120 yards and two TDs.

​​​​​​​Eric Stoxstill-Diggs, FRA. Stoxstill-Diggs rushed for 170 yards and two TDs. He also passed for 81 more with two more scores.

​​​​​​​Watson Tansil, FRA. Tansil ran for 101 yards on just nine carries and scored a TD.

Trey Tidwell, Waverly. Tidwell caught four passes for 194 yards and a pair of TDs.

​​​​​​​Houston Troup, DCA. Troup rushed 15 times for 109 yards and two TDs.

Blake Watkins, Smyrna. Watkins had 93 receiving yards and a TD.

Jesse Watson, Nashville Christian. Watson caught three passes for 101 yards and a TD.

​​​​​​​Brandon Wharton, Nolensville. Wharton was 14-of-25 passing for 202 yards.

Cameron Whitaker, Cornersville. ​​​​​​​Whitaker rushed for 105 yards and two TDs in a 39-15 win over Franklin Grace. He also intercepted a pass on defense.​​​​​​

Rory White, Pope John Paul II. White had 11 catches for 95 yards and a TD.

Lance Wilhoite, FRA. Wilhoite caught six passes for 94 yards and scored twice.

​​​​​​​Lelan Wilhoite, Siegel. Wilhoite rushed for 281 yards and three TDs on 17 carries.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Eli Woodard, Cornersville. Woodard ran for 222 yards and two TDs on 27 carries.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Taylor Yancey, Riverdale. Yancey was 9-of-9 passing for 133 yards and had three total TDs.

Cameron Yarlett, Franklin Co. Yarlett had 127 yards and a TD on 16 carries.
