HENDERSONVILLE – The White House Diamond Girls dance team finished in first place in the hip-hop category Saturday at the Dance for a Cure Showcase at T.W. Hunter Middle School in Hendersonville.
All proceeds from the event went to pediatric cancer center research at the Vanderbilt Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital.
This was the first competition for the White House dance team for the 2017-18 season.
The team was also honored with the opportunity to dance at a home basketball game for the NBA’s Memphis Grizzlies. More info to come on tickets and details!
