Wrestling: Region boys sends three Blue Devils to TSSAA state meet

White House High School will be sending four wrestlers to the TSSAA state individual meets this weekend after three boys wrestlers qualified at the region to join one girls wrestler from White House already qualified.

Senior Elijah Zweydorff won his region meet and qualified in the heavyweight division, and senior Josh Dailey and junior Rhiley Burton both finished second and advanced to the state round. Rhiley is 145-pound class and Josh is 220.

They joined Taylor Whitehurst of the girls wrestling team who qualified in the girls region meet the previous weekend.

The TSSAA State Wrestling Championships are at the Williamson County Ag Expo Center this coming weekend, Feb. 16-17. Schedule of Events More Information
