WHITE HOUSE – Junior quarterback Ranen Blackburn eclipsed the 1,000 yard rushing mark for the second consecutive year Friday night and moved into 9th place all-time on the career rushing list at White House High School.
Blackburn carried it 14 times for 147 yards and three touchdowns, and also passed for 92 yards and a score, in a 48-27 loss to White House Heritage.
He now has 1,097 yards for the 2020 season and six out of the seven games this season he has rushed for over 100 yards. He now has 12 career 100 yard games.
Blackburn’s 2,511 rushing yards in his career moved him past Michael Wade, Mark West and Bryan Dixon for 9th all-time.
He now has 168 career points and moved past Michael Wade for 18th all-time.
