Senior Night for the White House High School Band of Pride on October 30, 2020 at the football game vs. Greenbrier.

BAND OF PRIDE

This senior is a six-year member of the Band of Pride and plays percussion. He is the son of Charlotte Bates and Robert Bates. He is also a member of the National Honor Society. He plays on attending Middle Tennessee State University and majoring in Audio Production. He would like to remind everyone to “be yourself and don’t let anyone ever change who you are meant to be.” Ladies and gentlemen, Mr. Donovan Bates.

This senior is a four-year member of the Band of Pride and plays clarinet. She is the daughter of Peter and Natalie Buchanan. She is also a member of robotics, BETA and National Honor Society. Her college plans are undecided and she plans on studying engineering. She would like to remind everyone to always “do everything with your best.” Ladies and gentlemen, Ms. Anna Buchanan.

This senior is a four-year member of the Band of Pride and plays flute. She is the daughter of Lee Chambers and Michelle Smletzer. She plans on attending Vol State and her field of study is undecided. She would like to remind everyone that “being in the band of pride is an amazing opportunity and to always be proud of it.” Ladies and gentlemen, Ms. Haley Chambers.

This senior is a four-year-plus member of the Band of Pride and plays bass clarinet and clarinet. She is the daughter of Michael and Carlette Frye. She plans on attending the University of Chattanooga and majoring in Forensic Science. She would like to remind everyone that the “strength of the pride is the member, the strength of the member is the pride.” Ladies and gentlemen, Ms. Elizabeth Frye.

This senior is a four-year-plus member of the Band of Pride and plays trumpet. She is the daughter of Jamie and Jeanetta Gillock. She is also a member of robotics, BETA and National Honor Society. Her college plans are undecided and she plans on studying engineering. She would like to remind everyone that “this program is not about who is in charge or what situations you are put in, the program is about what you do and how you react to what you have been given..” Ladies and gentlemen, Ms. Abbie Gillock.

This senior is a three-year member of the Band of Pride Color Guard. He is the son of Kelly Kimble and Vickie Sanders. He plans on attending Western Kentucky University and studying dance. Ladies and gentlemen, Mr. Nick Kimble.

This senior is a four-year member of the Band of Pride Color Guard. She is the daughter of Stacy and Jason Ogletree. She is also a member of cosmetology at WHHS. She plans on attending Western Kentucky University and majoring in accounting. Ladies and gentlemen, Ms. Chloe Ogletree.

This senior is a four-year-plus member of the Band of Pride and plays clarinet. She is the daughter of Amanda Parker. She plans on attending Vol State and her field of study is undecided. She would like to remind everyone that “the band of pride is more than a band, it’s a big wacky family.” Ladies and gentlemen, Ms. Jamie Taylor.

This senior is a six-year member of the Band of Pride and plays percussion. He is the son of Bill and Cinda Petty. He is also a member of the boys soccer team. He plays on attending Tennessee Tech University and majoring in chemical engineering. He would like to remind everyone that “the greatest glory in living lies not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall.” Ladies and gentlemen, Mr. Will Petty.

This senior is a four-year member of the Band of Pride Color Guard. She is the daughter of Jim and Julie Williams. She is also a member of cosmetology at WHHS. She plans on attending Western Kentucky University and majoring in dance. Ladies and gentlemen, Ms. Ella Williams.
