The 2020 All-Sumner Golf team features the top six girls and boys golfers in Sumner County.

Pope John Paul II junior Kynadi Adams earned our Girls Golfer of the Year Award while Gallatin senior Colton Werner earned our Boys Player of the Year Award.

Adams, a University of Tennessee commit, shot a three-under par (141) at WillowBrook Golf Club in October, to win the individual Division II-AA state championship.

Gallatin senior Colton Werner capped off his Green Wave career with a trip to the state tournament where he posted a five-over-par (149) to finish tied for 16th place. Werner recently signed scholarship papers to continue his links career at Lee University.

Our Team of the Year and Coach of the Year Awards were given to Station Camp High School and Glenn Tuttle after the Lady Bison won the Large Schools State Championship for the third year in a row.

The All-Sumner County golf team is comprised of athletes from Beech, Gallatin, Hendersonville, Merrol Hyde, Pope John Paul II, Station Camp and White House High Schools.
