The White House tennis team completed its match on Friday at Macon County with several team members coming up with big wins.
In boys action, White House won the doubles match with Jacob Jenkins and Jackson Slighter 8-0 over the Tigers. Jenkins won his singles match 8-0 and Casey Epting also did the same.
For the girls, Lauryn Ramirez and Stephanie Ting won 8-7 in doubles, and Sophia Ramirez and Mackenzie Jenkins defeated their counterparts 8-6. Ramirez won in singles, coming up with a comeback victory after losing the first set, 4-6. She then won 6-3 and took the tiebreaker.
Ting lost 3-6, 2-6, and Alayne Grover lost her tiebreaker after splitting the first two sets 6-2 and 5-7.
Mary Niblett fought back from a first set loss to take the tiebreaker after a 5-7, 7-6 split to win her match and then Meilyn Massie picked up the victory with a 6-3, 4-6 tiebreaker win.
White House faces Hendersonville on Monday at Drakes Creek Park and then at Mt. Juliet on Tuesday.
