Devils Dominate Cheatham County Monday

White House had everything working on Monday, winning big over Cheatham County Central 10-3.

The Devils improved to 7-4 overall and 3-2 in District 9-AA, with the same two teams meeting Tuesday at White House.

White House got things moving in the first inning.  Caden Blackford grounded out, scoring one run.

Blackford took the win for White House. The righthander surrendered one run on two hits over two innings, striking out four and walking one.  Kaiden BiggsMatthew Sureda, and Braeden Grieb all put in work in relief out of the bullpen, steering their team towards the victory.

Pemberton took the loss for Cheatham County Central. The pitcher lasted two innings, allowing five hits and five runs while striking out three.

White House collected ten hits.  Sam Abshire and Zane Brown all managed multiple hits for White House.  Abshire went 3-for-5 at the plate to lead White House in hits.

Pemberton led Cheatham County Central with two hits in three at bats.
