White House had everything working on Monday, winning big over Cheatham County Central 10-3.
The Devils improved to 7-4 overall and 3-2 in District 9-AA, with the same two teams meeting Tuesday at White House.
Blackford took the win for White House. The righthander surrendered one run on two hits over two innings, striking out four and walking one. Kaiden Biggs, Matthew Sureda, and Braeden Grieb all put in work in relief out of the bullpen, steering their team towards the victory.
Pemberton took the loss for Cheatham County Central. The pitcher lasted two innings, allowing five hits and five runs while striking out three.
