Bright Named one of Three Salutatorians at WHHS

The Class of 2021 was celebrated on Monday night, May 10, 2021, with the announcement of the honors and awards for the senior class.

With the 2021 commencement approaching next week, White House senior Eli Bright was named among three salutatorians for the senior class.

The salutatorian is selected through a process of grade point average, honors and AP credits, and dual enrollment credits. The salutatorian is the second-highest academic achievement award for a graduating class.

Griffin Brake was named the valedictorian, and Eli Bright, Anna Buchanan and Stephanie Ting were named the salutatorians. All will be recognized again at the White House High School Commencement at Long Hollow Baptist Church on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at 7 p.m.

The top 18 students at White House High School were placed in the Highest tier award honorees during Monday’s event.
