The Associated Press Class 3-A football poll was officially released on Monday afternoon, and the top seed in Region 6-3A remains on the outside looking in.
White House, ranked No. 5 in the Class 3-A strength rankings and No. 6 in The Tennessean small division poll, sits at No. 11 in the official Associated Press rankings after week six.
White House is coming home Friday for a pivotal matchup against No. 7 Fairview, who moved up two spots, and the Blue Devils defeated No. 8 Waverly two weeks ago. The Tigers also moved up two slots in the rankings. White House has not been ranked in the Associated Press Class 3-A poll since the final week of the 2017 season, when the Devils finished 10-0 in the regular season.
White House and Fairview kick off at 7 p.m.
